Scammed $170 by Teotech

I was scammed $170 by Teotech.
I've found him on this thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/i...server-send-unlimited-emails-free-vps.616013/ and contacted on his Skype "ultramailblast". We had a call actually.. The nerve, the audacity.. :)

He created me a "package" for $170 (including SMTP servers, 2 IPs and 10 proxies for scraping) and told me it'd be ready in a day or two after I make the payment.

Baits me sometimes like this (to make time for himself), so I get suspicious and want a refund & cancel the order:

(I even tell him to keep 1/4 of it, just return 3/4 back since I need that money really)

(Then I say, if you're not refunding me and playing with me, at least give me the server. And he starts playing his game again.)

He consistenly lies and tells stuff like "I'll deliver tomorrow" etc and never does. When I ask for a refund kindly, teases me and says "Hmm.. Can you get a refund with BTC?" etc. I don't want his services anymore, which is not the issue. As long as he doesn't *steal* the money and delivers the server, it is okay.
But if he steals the money, doesn't deliver the service - what is up then? Scammer, thief..

Lastly, this is all I have about the guy:

I want to provide ANY details I can to the mods, since I want my money back, justice, and this guy stopping scamming other people.

I know you're busy so you probably won't remember my complaint against him. He did delivery the server but he refused to let me connect it to my own smtp panel. In the end I had to throw the project in the trash and he did not offer a refund. He did state none of this. I did not submit a shitlist due to lack of evidence. However, I vouch +1 for the unreliableness and false promises of this vendor

Any evidence you have go ahead and post it and, crazy as it seems, I do remember you had an issue with him.

Even if your evidence is light it will help clean things up.

Client is totally correct. Due to urgeny matter could not answer. I will deliver the service with free upgrade at next plan due to delay in next hour, client can confirm

He's messaged me saying he was in hospital and blah blah. I won't bore you with details (he's saying "he's trying to find the funds to pay me back" - Dude, what did you do with my $170?!)
We've decided that he'll refund me until tonight 00:00, which is around 3:15 hours from now.

Basically this is his last chance, if he doesn't keep his word, we need the Mods to help handle the situation. Because I don't want to deal with a scammer, a liar anymore.

While you're doing this, it may be best to also reach out to @444444 too, to save you both some time and effort possibly in the near future.

I don't accept this! As I'm telling you on Skype.
He's trying to play the nice guy here, but on Skype he's always like "I don't have money" etc. I don't believe in him. He's a scammer: If he has a successful and solid service like he talks about, why doesn't he have any money? If he doesn't have a successful service like that, why is he "broke" now?
This guy is a total shame.

Even after accepting to pay it until today ends, comes here and says "give me a few days" - doesn't even talk about it on Skype.

Do I really need to find myself in this position, to tell this: I've got my damn rent due in a few days for God's sake..

Look, Teo and Mods, I have done everything I can to get my money back. Now the ball is on the scammer's court. I don't care if he doesn't have any money, which is a blatant lie, I can't do anything about it. Only thing he must do is to pay me. Go borrow some! Give me my money back! Simple as that..

@Teotech - you have this guy in a bad place.

What can you sell, who can you borrow from, what can you pawn, who can give you/lend you/put money in your hands to get this guy squared away?

He's got bills to pay and is unable to, in part, because you dropped the ball.

I was pretty confident that we would be able to get him to pay the money he scammed from me back, but it seems like the guy doesn't even care now. Let alone him being a total thief, he doesn't have any respect for the BHW community and the Mods here. He simply doesn't care. He sees my messages on Skype but doesn't reply, doesn't write here in this thread too - are these the signs of a "honest man who's trying to find the funds to pay the money back"? I'm just asking..

I've tried to stay reasonably kind and rational here, but it seems like he won't ever pay me back. Please, dear Mods of BHW, don't let this happen to anyone else here again. Please do what you need to do.

Teotech is resolving the issue for me. There was a misunderstanding from both ends. I hope to get started soon as I spent 2 weeks figuring this out. The timezone difference between me and his didnt help even tough at the beginning communication on his end could have been better. I am withdrawing my accusations.

I need my money back, as soon as possible.
I simply can not be kicked out from my dorm. I'm sure it's understandable.

As explained via Skype I still expect some btc money to sent to him.

Personally I'm staggered you even thought it right to book and still go on a vacation leaving a guy you owe money to facing eviction from his accommodation as he didn't have funds to pay his rent, as you hadn't refunded him !
You should have cancelled your vacation and refunded him!
 
He knows that I'm living in Turkey and that PayPal is blocked here. I told him this in our first conversation and he knows this.
This dude is an absolute scammer with no exceptions. He's good at this, which makes me think this is neither his first scam, nor will be the last one.

It's your damn RESPONSIBLITY to buy some damn Bitcoins to pay me you liar.

Let me tell you what he does (I can post Skype history if needed) - I send him like 10 lines of messages everyday calling him out, telling him "pay me" - and he replies with a single line every 2-3 days (he's online many more times) saying like "Hello friend I expect funds from someone" and shuts off until this cycle begins again. This is unacceptable.

I HAD TO BORROW MONEY JUST TO PAY MY RENT YOU THIEF. IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF YOU.
How do hell can you go on a vacation?

Does anyone pls know how I can convet pp to btc?

As expained at him and show him screehost from my skype i except from a client of mine to get paid with btc since last days.

I struggle to pay ASAP.
