I ordered a list of 2000 emails from youtube influencers within 1 week. I made it clear that I was in a hurry...

When he delivered to me, I still checked the work. I noticed that no emails corresponded to those of the influencers.

He apologized and said he was going to redo the job (he made me wait another week).

After that he told me he had lost the file. Understand that after two weeks, I managed differently.

Now he refuses to reimburse me. He's a scammer!
Be careful if you deal with this person.

I have all the evidence, on request (screenshot)

The buyer approached me to scrape YouTube crypto influencers from different countries. He specifically mentioned Brazil, China, USA and Australia as his target countries. He gave further instructions on the numbers of subscription for each country. The TAT was estimated to be 7 days.

Like many of you know, this types of order sometimes can be delayed due to reasons beyond mans control. Like proxies for instance, if the proxy doesn't scrape well, it will affect the final result.

i invested money on proxies and scraping tools and also invested my time cleaning the list...these sometimes takes days to complete.

I delivered the order before the seventh day, but due to some errors the buyer observed on one of the columns (Brazil to be precise) he asked me to fixed it which i gladly did. The other columns for other countries were intact. No complain.

The results was published on a google sheet with each country having his sheet and labeled accordingly. i updated the GS to reflect the new changes only to be told that he does not need the order anymore. Reason was i delayed to deliver.

By this time, he already had access to the GS and all countries i have worked on. the complain was on 1 country (Brazil - says some of the emails and the youtube url did not match)

I worked to fix everything and at the end he said he want a refund. This is a scam. He is the person that is actually trying to scam me - He got the order... exactly as he ordered and still want a refund.

I have presented the updated order to the mediator to see.

The truth of the matter is we did not have any agreement that work delay equals money refund. This type of work were we both had access to the final result is work until satisfaction.

I therefore argue that the scammer is @MrSpecter and not the other way round.

Hello,

The command to do is:

Target
500 brazil influencers (20k-200k)
500 influencers usa (15k- 150k)
500 influencers australia (15k-150k)
500 chinese influencers (20k-400k)

I need 1 .xls per country
Words key: crypto, crypto x100, blockchain, coinmarketcap (cmc), coingecko (cg), crypto x1000

The seller told me he would deliver within 7 days. Adding that he was sure that I would be satisfied with his service..

I quote his words "max 7 days...but in most cases, its within 3 working days"

Small note: He asked me to wait before paying because he lost his phone.

Payment was made on February 15 and delivery was made on February 23. Be a day late (he said he delivered before 7 days).

After the first delivery,
Several problems:
I find influencers with 1M followers (see order details)
The mails of all the columns do not correspond with the influencers.
The countries are mixed (several countries in the same column)
Several times the same influencer in the same column.
Influencers in countries that I did not order.

The seller says that there is only one defective column, it is false because I warned him that I found problems in the Australia column (it's all the columns that had a problem)

The first apology for the delay begins on February 23, I quote "i am sorry for the inconviniencies i have cause because of my delay"

And I answer that I have no choice but to wait.

On February 24 the seller tells me that it will be ready the following Wednesday.


On the first of March the seller sent me this message: "i am very sorry for the time delay...unfortunately, i cant deliver this order anymore...i will issue you a refund. Pls apologies for the time delay... i didnt know it will go this way. pls send me your wallet id and i will send it right away." with a million more apologies.

He even added that he lost the file and He even offered to provide me with the list of another client (be careful if you buy data from him, he will certainly sell your data twice)

Lost phone, lost file, sale of data from an old client, you can see the serious work of this person.


I preferred to accept the refund offered by the seller because I didn't want someone else's work.

Understand that after this huge waste of time, I bought this work from someone else.

But now he doesn't want to pay me back.

I can provide screens of the conversation on request, everything I quote is already screen

@TinyOctopus, you did not perform as expected nor in the time frame expected.

You need to refund this buyer.

the only option available to me right now is payment via paypal. Contacted the buyer on this and he refused!

yes because I paid in bitcoin and the moderator made it clear that you had to use the same payment method.
A dispute is possible with paypal.

I would allow the payment in PP if you want to accept it in this instance.

I would not be concerned about a reversal/dispute from the seller as it is clear he wants to refund.
