Scam Report @DiamondAgency

Hi BHW,

I'm writing this thread because I've been scammed by the user DiamondAgency after I paid 2 payments of $100 + 8% fees to rent his Facebook ad account.
When I spoke with him on telegram at first after adding him, he was using a different telegram ID. I asked him to confirm the code on BHW to make sure that it's him.
He sent the code and I paid him $200 + 8% fees for the ad account. Today, I woke up and I realized that he removed his other account. All convos we had on his other telegram account couldn't be found. He now acts like he never spoke to me when he did. If it wasn't him then who sent me a PM on BHW when I asked him to confirm that its him on telegram? Also on the convo screenshot he sent to confirm, he told me that he had mistaken mine for somebody else then apologized and sent code again to confirm.

I paid him using USDT TRC, he provided 2 different addresses. This is one of them where I sent him the payment. I ask him to refund my money because I never received the FB ad account. I also want to warn buyers here to not get scammed by him.

Information For The Accused

Hello, BHW we met this customer before. First he used another account to text me and made me text to confirm that he worked with us. but then one day he deleted the message in telegram and the next day he used another telegram account to message us asking for an account, we asked him to send us the payment invoice , then he failed to provide it to us and told us that he sent the user PTT and wallet address I sent to THH3MDzgrNaEQexPShd7EW1WFD49qxhdMH

We then reported this to him that it was not our address and that maybe you had messaged both parties at the same time and sent money to the wrong person, but he did not listen to my explanation and indicate that you have been confirmed by me on BHW.
when we asked him to send the payment invoice he could not send the payment invoice with our wallet address
Below are specific evidences :


I find this really a scam for agents like us because when he sent the budget he didn't have the payment receipt, and sent the money to another address when we had updated it before. for him and he uses 2 telegram accounts for texting.
The second thing was that after a few hours he announced to wait for him to send money, we immediately stopped seeing his messages, he deleted the messages and we tried to find his contact again. him and texted him asking if he had sent the money but he immediately deleted our messages
3rd thing: on the 3rd day he used another account to text us asking us for the account or a refund but he texted me that he sent money to user PTT and sent the local invoice just different

What he charged was strange because he said he sent me $200 and he charged me $108.

I never spoke to him using any other Telegram account. I only use one account for telegram. When I added him on tele after seeing his ID on BHW, his user ID was changed to PTT something. After sending it, he told me that he was getting it ready. The next day, that account disappeared and all messages I sent on telegram were gone. I added him again using his ID but now he claims that he never spoke with me. How did he confirm the code on bhw pm during the moment when It was asked for? I want a refund for the account I never received and ask everyone to be careful with this seller.

If you have already deposited money you need a previous payment receipt. BHW, please check if that wallet address is mine.
Our service fee is 10%, not 8% as you said and we usually ask the customer to deposit a minimum of $200 for us to set up his account. I was very wrong to trust customers and confirm on BHW.

The other account is not me, I only use Ron Rahman (mon3y4me). I think you mistaken me for somebody else or just lying. Why did you think that Madison Chan BHW Bing/Google Seller = Mon3y4me? I only added your telegram after I saw your thread on bhw for fb ad account and I wasnt speaking to anybody else for this. The payment was sent to 2 different addresses after I was told that I needed $200 minimum. Also why you didn't confirm the wallet address on pm if it wasnt yours? I want my money back.

And the strange thing is that the fee is 8% and he transfers $108 each time so the service fee will be $16

are you mistaken about something? we just confirmed with medison's telegram account and he also sent me the BHW link and I also took a photo of that telegram message to confirm with you, you also said that you were riding and I can't use my computer right now. I'll send the money back after a few hours. When I woke up in the morning, the message account from madison chan BHW bing /google seller had disappeared. Can you see he texted me and said I needed to confirm from that BHW account

He forced me to enter the code without taking pictures, but we took pictures before and posted them on BHW

You can see the information I took from September 19, 2023 to post to BHW for confirmation. But I think it's someone else who's cheating on both of us

The payments were sent on Tuesday, September 19th. The next day I didn't hear back from you. The name of the telegram was changed to PTT something but it was you who I added for the FB ad account. I asked you to confirm this on bhw pm to make sure i'm dealing with the right person.
But now you deny receiving my payments or talking with me. So who took the payments if it wasn't you? Also, why did you think that Medison was me on bhw and didnt confirm your crypto address in pm?

Can you notice the confirmation message on your BHW before you send payment is the telegram account madison chan BHW bing/google sel . and I think that both you and I are real people. but was set up by a scammer, because after I confirmed the message on BHW, he also deleted the message and even now when I text him, I still don't see him replying to the message.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.
