SCAM guys are protected ???

I came across this for the first time and am very surprised by the inaction of the administration (I wrote in the pm).
You have a thread that contains the scammer's contacts (we paid him $120 and he blocked us).

You have to write in the right section witch is the dispute section and provide all the proof

Do you have a screenshot of the payment?

Why do you even pay for a service that has been closed in the first place? This thread is closed for over 1 month now and you should not deal with people that do not have an active sales thread or a upgraded membership for that matter.

Next thing you do is PM the owner of the forum. Thats not how disputes are handled here.
