Scaling OFM model/agency

Newbie here - I'm curious, what's a starter CRM recommended for this? Do folks use paid tools from the get go?

run story bait on tiktok and ig then link into high engagement threads. cross promo with synced branding builds trust. for tools stack infloww with phantom buster and creatoriq if budget allows. cold dm with incentive then qualify hard. no time wasters. automation helps but manual touch still wins in early scale.

What about automation bots on social? Do the chinese have better stuff than onimator/NZQ?

some chinese tools might hit. stuff like jiasule or custom wechat bots got more depth but lack docs and support. onimator and nzq more plug and play, but if u know how to handle configs, private chinese stacks can push way further.

You're off to a great start $980 net with one model is solid. To scale, systemize content creation (use batch filming + AI editing), cross-post with CTAs between platforms, and build a lead pipeline via Reddit or Discord scouting. Tools like Infloww are good, but also check out Fanvue CRM or Trello + Notion combo for manual scaling. Keep pushing!

Few key things for you:
- Focus on organic marketing, don't get swayed by blackhat methods - unless you have solid experience prior, all it will do is eat any money you make.
- Content is king. We are in the content business, don't forget that. I say this becuase it's easy to do so, looking for the best software, best VA etc etc. Everytime i've had a platau in performance, i go straight back to content (in all areas, marketing, chat etc). Optimise the content and the rev will follow.
- Focus on one major platform for traffic and smash it. Do not try be a jack of all trades. The guys i see asking about different platforms every other week are the guys that make zero money.
- Similar to point above: More models does NOT equal more money. Learn the ropes with your current one.
- Get 3 chat agents asap. You cannot focus on the most important element which is traffic, if you are chatting all day.

it would be best to hire 4 more people as sextors who will work 6 hours shifts each, who are good at it, so that the work would go 24\7 like in big agencies, I've been working for more than two years in this field and have seen enough agencies, the biggest ones I met had such a scheme, each person is responsible for his own business, a team of sextors can generate much more money, if of course you have quality traffic, and you will have more time to develop other parts of your agency.

or you can hire 3 people who will work 8 hours, but I recommend 4 for 6, and yes for these workers a good content plan is important, you should have good packages for *sexting in real time*, there are enough nuances in this niche, but they are also easy enough to follow if you really want to make more money, you can do everything nicely by expanding your team and following the right and responsible approach to work, you will do well, good luck in this you are doing great.

Well normally in ofm agency space we measure earnings daily, so the joke is on you. 1k$ a day is not big money in ofm

Scaling is 80% hiring systems, 20% content, don’t try to do everything yourself.
