I'm running a new agency and currently working with just one model, and ngl we are making good money I mean for it is a little for some of you(1.2k gross, 980 net/this month) but I'm eager to scale up, get more traffic, and Right now, I'm mainly focusing on Threads, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Do you have reliable systems for scaling an agency from the ground up?
• How do you acquire more valuable traffic for a model or profile?
• What strategies do you use to make Threads, IG, and TikTok or other platforms(I know X is good but hard asf too) work together and boost each other’s growth?
• What tools(I am only using Infloww) help you manage a growing number of accounts or models?

I’m looking for:

• Proven frameworks or systems you use in your own agencies
• A breakdown of your lead/model acquisition pipeline
• Tips on automation and boosting reach
• And also maybe someone want to communicate more?

I’d love to read your examples and stories—what has truly worked for you and what hasn’t.

To boost traffic, I cross-post on IG, TikTok, and Threads daily using short, spicy clips. Threads is underrated for engagement loops. I also recycle content and automate posting with basic tools (Metricool + Infloww).

• How many accounts u have for one model?
• What u mean by engagement loops for threads, how does it work?
• And is Metricool that good? I was only using social rise for reddit and X but my accounts got banned

The one I most commonly see is someone will post what looks like a news post and then in the caption. it'll say something to the effect of "BREAKING: Model *insert your models insta @" has just been seen in a bikini at a grocery store" It really only converts with the people who were going to buy it anyways, like casting a really large net and seeing what you get.

I mean, our team is 3 people. So rn we are making everything by ourselves. When the payment will come, we will reinvest it I guess for social media VA that will post content for us, and maybe some VA chatters, but this might be hard as our geo isn't in English language.

Yeah as I said before, my team consists of 3 people. We are doing everything by ourselves until the first payout for the reinvest.
