[Sarkar Seo] Does he sell quality or crap BL?

I have a few names in here at BHW on my whitelist of BL providers and haven't looked much at the marketplace at all but noticed this Sarkar guy with flashy ads. I can tell that he made a huge amount of money selling these packages but I also see people referring to him as something selling junk and getting sites penalized. What is the truth?

i buyed 2 package from SARKAR and was before 1 year.. and nothing change for me.. NOTHING.. no results..

If he was spotted as a crap seller why he was allowed to continue selling the stuff for years?

if he can get fake accounts for positive reviews as you guys are saying, that's how he must have a new account continue selling?

If he was really scamming people why he wasn't banned back then? Because this forum is highly monitored you can't get away with scams and selling without permission.

Maybe not entirely true or maybe a really smart guy, dude has thousands of reviews, just saying

All his links are manually placed in hot articles on sites like Huffington Post, Forbes.

He does not give you false promises.

His links are so powerful that it usually takes 3-5 days to get in TOP3.
