same IP means 1 owner?

Hi, I check DA PA IP on bulkdachecker and found out that two of my competitors have the same ip address, both sites obviously in the same niche
Does this mean it's the same owner?

Most small sites on the web are on shared hosting where a single server with a single IP can operate dozens or hundreds of sites because that is an inexpensive way to host a site that doesn't get a ton of traffic. So it doesn't necessarily mean it's the same owner... but it could be an indication that it is.
 
did you do a whois , if both domain where domain protected are you sure your not reading the ip where the domain sit.
 
Yeah it should be only one owner
And many blogs within single IP address not be fair also
 
There is much possibility to be a same owner. but in most cases,a small websites have shared hosting.
 
Not at 100% sure, but most likely you are right, it's for the same owner.
 
The probability is high for the same owner.

I think there is some problem, I inputted 4 different websites + mine, all 4 are from the same IP except mine.
I checked in trademark registration and shows different people and owners.
