Where do you get the money from? Someone has to pay for you to achieve your dreams. It is true, a lot of us are working on automated pilot, forgeting easily what's in it for us.
But, this doesn't exempt us to ALWAYS work for others, whether is money or barter or knowledge or even attention!
The lines above are a good tickle though, for everyone with a sense of Robin Hood inside. I wouldn't advise following. Makes you unfit. Adapt or die. Till further notice.
