isn't better to link 1 channel to 1 AdSense to spread the risk?

I don't see why there should be a risk if you are not doing anything against the ToS and just uplaoding good content.
Google allows multiple youtube accounts under the same adsense with no problems.
For example you have many gamers with 3 or even 4 channels and they never get in to issues.
Some even have a separate Shorts channel, nothing to worry about.

Of course, you can link different YT channels to the same Adsense but if you have an issue like "invalid source traffic" (in google's eyes) you can lose your AdSense and all your business.
Many guys running cash cow YT channels give this advice that is better to spread the risk, after all, its your choice

Of course you can manage it, but I suggest you use another computer to create the account. No problem after creating account

This is exactly the reason why I wrote this :
If your plan is to break the ToS from the get go, you already are risking your business. 1 Account or 10.

1. I create both an Adsense account and a YT channel from another device and link themOf course you can manage it, but I suggest you use another computer to create the account. No problem after creating account
2. manage the new youtube channel from my device (already managing another channel)

That's right, no hassle
Managing multiple youtube channel from PC is not a problem, It doesn't violate youtube terms.

You can create on same device also. For two accounts, google is not going to ban you as it is normal for family members to have multiple accounts in family.

Creating a second account on the same PC where the first account is already created is always a roulette. These stories about family accounts and so on - this is before the first ban for a multi-account. You can talk about relatives and others after LOGIN to an already created and verified account (well, the account of verification is questionable).
