Safe way to create a second Adsense account

Hi,

I already have a monetized Youtube channel linked to my Adsense account.

Is it safe to create a second Adsense account (with my sister's info) using my PC?

It is better if you just visit a friend's house and create the account, and don't put the same address when you create the account.

- If I understood correctly, for the Adsense account:
I will use another PC
I will create the AdSense account in a friend's home (for example)
I will put his info, address…

- For the creation of the YouTube channel, I will use a new Gmail:
1. How can I verify the new channel (phone, email)?
2. Can I create and manage this new channel (video download + SEO...) from my PC and wifi?

You can link your youtube channels (that you create and manage from your PC) to your newly created Adsense ( Using browser private mode when you link them). It is better not to use the same Gmail for Adsense and youtube channel. use a different Gmail.
 
Please use a separate device with a separate SIM card and use a 4G Proxy with it while you're at it. Without this setup you risk both accounts getting banned so using this setup for dual Ad sense accounts is a must.
 
create with different device use different email, different mobile number to verify channel, make sure the contact address is different and accessible you will get a pin to verify

It's not recommended to manage two accounts on the same PC. Use different devices.
 
you can just create a new adsense using another phone (any phone that you've not used for your adsense yet) then use its mobile data and use info that isnt related to your main adsense, its fine if address is the same but name and bank account should be different. way simpler than having to visit someone else's house or something

When you say "It's not recommended to manage two accounts on the same PC", do you mean 2 YT channels or 2 AdSense accounts? Thank you

You can use your sister's info, on the same wifi but preferably a different device.
It's just important that when it comes to verification and payouts the info will be correct
 
Use different browser, never login in both adsense account same day.
