Safe and Cheap Windows VPS

Hi!
I need windows vps. I want to send spam to some webpage and I know they "do not like this" :P
As far I configured my software to use proxy but I know that proxy isn't fuly anonymous so I have to run it on some SAFE vps [VPS IP + proxy] that will not give them my real IP.
If u know sth good feel free to post it here :)

vouch for berman hosting, just got mine and it's VERY cheap compared to others and bloody fast! and support sounded like they are professionals when i talked to ADMINISTRATOR at their live support chat.

my vote goes to bermanhosting too, cheap and reliable vps,, using this for months now and dont have any problem
 
XSServer would be suitable for this from what I know although they do not provide proxies so you would need to handle that part yourself.
 
Nah, compare with berman xsserver is slow and more expensive.

Hostamus allows everything except email spam and their servers are lightening quick!

Does anyone have any good VPS with some SEO tools chucked in?
 
I use PhotonVPS for about 6 months now and everything is great sofar (Use SB/Xrumer alot there). I've tried xsserver and honestly it sucks really bad. dont know why people are still using it.
 
i can tell you zennithhost has good fast and fair priced VPS servers
im whith them too.
only downside is they don't have life support
