Thread bumping isn't so black and white. In this case, I wouldn't even care if the thread was from 2012. If it means someone's alerting the community that scammer has returned, then it's all good.
i created my own thread in the shitlist section.
i cant be sure krusereact is phonestar.
but judging from the conversations in this thread, it looks like it could be. he done a similar thing with me, but it was for facebook marketplace enabled accounts not for vcc.
