Russian Footer Links Are Killing It

Have you guys noticed it? Top 6-figure monthly profit niches are being dominated by websites that have backlinks coming mostly from domain.ru (or ukrainian .ua). I could name at least 10 niches where this is happening bu I don`t want to out the sites no matter how much do I envy them
What makes it funny is that the quality of their websites is mostly poor and their anchor/link type diversity is almost non-existent (tactic that is totally vise verca from the mainstream opinion here). I am wondering if their links are coming from hacked sites (some of them look just like that) or are they just paying for them...
Like I've always said, Russians are one bad ass mothers who know how to screw with Google.

what russians dont tell you is it's a churn and burn network, you rank for a damn week then drop then youd one , wasted all the cash, and google is all over it right now , all sites being footprinted and slowly banned by googlebots
look im on all the russian forums, go to any russian search engine forum and you'll see real problem is the network is super high on google radar so not effective at all
ANYTHING mentioned on BHW is already been on google radar for at least 6months +!
just use your head , even with blackhat its a joke, rather xrumer the site with 5 layers then pay for useless links

It's full of people speaking about the sape service without even knowing the URL address of the official website. I can't believe that the false news of sape penalization is all over the BHW. There's nothing true in it, otherwise tons of online businesses will have perished in the last month since the lies about sape swarmed the Internet. Everything is working fine, things just got more complicated, nothing more.
Everything work, if make it correctly.
Who saying it doesn't work for long-term: don't buy services, who give you 100PR2-4 links in 2-3 days. Sure, you will be penalized. Do it slowly, and don't use only footer links, buy something other - slowly too.

I've also seen such situations, but when I checked their rankings a few weeks later, those sites were always gone! I am sure it's a temporary effect. Sites with normal anchor text distribution and links from US sites always have better rankings in US.
