You need :
1. Good aged account with spend
2. Proxy residential
3. Antidetect browser or RDP (better rdp)
4.VCC which you have not used before in google ads
5. good cloak
6. White page

I am assuming that we need to farm a good amount of AC in order to continue with BH in Google and I wanted to clarify few doubts as a beginner

3. Do you mean to say we donot need to hide our footprints? Without Anti or RDP should we use the same pc/laptop for creating multiple accounts?

4. So can we use same vcc that has already been used in a suspended ac?

5. For health niche how do we offer a complient lander? any direction please

I am a newbie and having a hard time running health niche on GAds. There are so many parameters so any direction would be highly appreciated.

so google will simply allow us to run BH, without proxy, cloaking, or anti ? even with a single account, with out a ban?
I try to run health niche which I believe is not a BH, rather a restrictive niche and still this seems impossible for me ..
apology if this sound stupid ..
 
Not "simply", you need to do right things in right time in right order, one mistake and you end up banned
but, we're discussing what's "needed" - then none of things mentioned by OP are "needed"
 
Not since Sunday lol, yesterday my quick method stopped working, gotta figure it out again,
anyway, i was using super shitty IP's for whole december, not a single issue, and they were not resi (nor 4g)

This was like Novermber for me, and then December mine was patched .. go figure. back to mass appeals

how we know the resedential proxy is good if not trying it first ?
