Hi all,

Please could a mod clarify the following for me.

If someone posts a thread like - I want to buy Xyz account, is it permissible for a non Jr VIP to respond via PM offering to sell said account?

No. because if that where so i wouldn't be paying 117$
a year for VIP. and if non Vips get caught selling via pm
there usually warned , and if they do it again there banned
