RSS Posting Question

Hi Guys,
There is post somewhere in the forum that I can't find anywhere
regarding a "RSS Trick" (posted by a woman I beleive..memory recalls)
It was a video more or less that showed how to manually create your own RSS Feeds & submit the customized RSS Feed to certain places....

If anyone knows where this is I would greatly appreciate the link to the post...
