I want to get 10 rss feeds and create one RSS out of it.

What is best way to do it please?

As suggested above RSSmix is the answer. But there are few more programs shared here in the download section, which allows you to upload that plugin into the server and you can create 1 rss feed from 1000 or unlimited feed. That will be of your use
