My average rpm for the last 28 days has been 2€, suddenly the rpm dropped to 0.10€. I went from 45€ daily earnings to 2€. Any ideas how to fix it?

Views are roughly the same (40k/daily) and they come from same the countries as usual. 99% of the views are coming from one video.

sometimes youtube anaytics glitches out.
also try contacting youtube support via chat and tell them details about this.
sudden drop without change in countries, or any other factors.
this also happens when using fake views for a bit , they will drop rpm/cpm

last year youtube also stole money from a bunch of channels.
dropping the cpm + deductiong revenue more than 70%
it was all organic views.
and they blamed it on some glitch after many people complaint but yes it could have been a glitch but the issue is they didnt refund anyone, the money that was deducted or dropped by the glitch.
in some cases they also tried to lie to people that contacted youtube support that it was invalid traffic but it was not.
their traffic source was youtube search and recommendations.
not fake traffic, but deduction still happended.
sometimes youtube does this.
good answer, sorry to hear youtube fucked you over like they do to so many. but this isn't OP's problem. my best guess is that youtube started including short playbacks in the rpm page, since my rpm dropped but its still the same on individual videos. im hoping this means that they are planning on adding proper shorts monetization but i doubt it.
LOL true. If it drops 200%, his rpm would be -4€.
if you check the individual videos they haven't changed. no need to involve support. mine has done the exact same.

Got a response from youtube. They think that it's totally normal to have an rpm of 0.03€. CPM currently is at 4€, while rpm is 0.03€. I don't get it.

Yes and same demographics. No shorts, but traffic mainly comes from 1 video

Same shit happened to me... 1. 7. - 15. 7. CPM 1,84$, 17. 7. - 18. 7. CPM 0,32$... Same countries, same age, same gender, same everything. Boom CPM dropped as fuck. I hope soon it will be gone. My viewers are 63% Czech republic, 26% Slovakia, 3% UK, 1,5% Germany, 0,6% Austria etc...But interesting is that the RPM went superlow only on 1 video (most popular, currently 2 mil, 8:42m, ad placed every minute) Other videos RPM looks kinda same
