As a member you only have to ask questions and if you are within QPP, only questions are paid (For now, i believe. Could change later)
So no, you don't have to write answers to your own questions.

I'm not really sure, when i will be able to start making money. Could start very soon, but may not start for a long time.
Since i'm known to overthink the problems, i will probably focus way too much on creating quality content and actually not making any money. So i will have to work on that.

But the way i could make money could change any time. Many might want to buy just aged accounts, others might want to buy quality answers for traffic and backlinks. I will have to explore all the possibilities.

Did you have any activity on those account before? Most of my accounts didn't have any activity at all, so i want to "activate" them first. Also i'm experimenting a bit, since i also don't have a lot of experience with quora. My main field are account of any kind.

Currently i'm not planning to sell anything, but maybe in the future. Thanks for your interest.

Update:

Didn't have too much time to do anything, but think. The Machine Learning approach worked pretty well and i was able to get some quality questions out of it. But most of them are already asked on quora, so i will have to rethink my approach. I will still hit up a few people, who may want to analyze the output and may give some valuable information/feedback.

The next idea will be to generate the questions and a few corresponding answers automatically, which may bring traffic to the questions long term and may help with selling high quality traffic in all kinds of niches. This will require a huge amounts of data and computing power, which will take quite a bit of time. But the quality of the answers should turn out exceptionally good.

Tomorrow will be the first day on gathering data. First gather about 1-2 million quora question links and scrape the corresponding answers (upvoted and 200+ words only), then get all of that on a high performance dedicated server and start the training process. All of this will take about a week, but the first results should come pretty soon. Will update the thread as soon as i get some good output.

Still no update on the stats, since I'm currently not focusing on that.

Its really hard this day on quora.. why not invest in some partner account with buying it and start your journey. I see your impression quick high

The problem is that it is really hard at the moment to buy a Quora Partner Account. I also tried to buy one, but only got contacted by scammer how tried to sell me one.

i heard really scary stories about QPP. There's a journey for a guy here who achieved $1K month and then his account banned without any notice.

I recently got into Quora and currently trying to earn a decent monthly income. Currently at $130 or so but have also been having a difficult time getting questions that don't merge.

I did have maybe some questions/answers posted on there. But it was inactive for over 2 years before I got an invite.
