Road to 100k Instagram followers

Hi, I have been on this wonderful forum for quite a long, been reading lots of threads. I decided to start my own/ first journey to keep myself motivated and get guidance from experienced members.
I have instagram account in Fashion niche and I started it in May 16. So far I have 15k followers all done manually. All followers gained through follow/ unfollow method. Since last one month I have more than 5k followers and growth has been steady so far.. I am still using follow/ unfollow method and I.follow 1000 people per day and when I reach 4-5k following, I start unfollowing. My engagement is just ok. I get average 600-700 likes and 15 comments. I post high quality picture from one of the big account giving due credit..
I applied for Shoutcart and i got approved today and I.got one order for 10$ also. Pretty happy with that..
My question for experienced instgramers is should I.continue follow/ unfollow method or just let it grow organically as I.am getting 40-50 followers organically..

Following: 3k
Posts: 500

Good luck on your journey.I would suggest you to continue with follow/unfollow process. Research hashtags and post great content along with 30 hashtags. Your growth will skyrocket.

Congrats Tanolis! Ive been looking for a niche to start , it is said that luxury and fashion pay well. Are you doing the Fashion niche because you like fashion and you know a lot about it or just for business and money?

Stick with the follow/unfollow method until you've reached at least 30k followers. Engage with your followers, why not doing free shout outs as some sort of reward for your most "loyal" followers.

You're doing fine for a regular reposter. Not every reposter gets 50K, 100K or 1M followers within 1 year. Keep at it, engage more and it'll pay off soon. Instagram is not a 1 minute show; you got to keep it up and work at it.
