ripped off 4k .. what do I do?

I have spent 6 months ranking a site for one of my customers. I have spent a lot of money as I do with a lot of my customers on services offered on this site. I managed to get them to the top for all of their keywords as they have asked for payment, but every month they have an excuse not to pay and I have let that go now for 6 months (they seemed so real and genuine), as they almost beg (just one more month poor me), now today I was contacted by another website company asking for the login for the site I built and ranked the site with my money and they are wanting to take over the site. The question is what do I do?

If I have to pass over login how to I kill the rank on this site. I have map listings, google webmaster, bing tools, domain basically access to all of it.

What can I do. they owe me 4K and I know I will never see any of that. just want to take it back to the beginning.

Well at least don't be like me :P If anyone would ever fuck me in money I would find out where they are and visit them!! I don't have much to lose so believe me I will come and collect!!

A lot of them have a lot of talk on the internet until I find them and confront them straight up! Did this twice, all of a sudden they had what they owed me! Don't let anyone fuck with you ever!!

More importantly, never place yourself in that position ;) which is hard because you don't know everybody but minimize the risk!

If i were you, i would tell them to pay me all my money and they get access to the logins. else let them take me to where ever they think of as far as i know am on the right side so fuck them let them take the case to court
