Extract a unique term from your rip-off report. (Use SEOmoz Term Extractor.) Target those terms with blogs. Create multiple blogs with articles saying things like, "Is ptm34 a rip off? No! Look at these testimonials-"

grab all the domains associated with the site that got the ror.
ie: your site xxx.com? grab xxx.org, biz, tv, info, net, etc etc.
do a fast keyword rich site for each, cheap host it on say nycheaphosting 1.99 month, they actually bill you mthly! Then seo the shit out of all your new sites.... Worked like a charm for us....1st page to maybe 13th? non-existant....

Well thanks for reply.. but that's not for me.. looking to create some strategies for bad links...
2nd idea is good enough to take care..
