Revolut doesn't care about their customers

I just wanted to revive the Revolut account that I used for travelling 2 years ago but was kind of dormant for a few months because I used my local card.

I saw my balance was negative because it automatically charged me for the premium plan fees.
I thought to myself well, let's just top it up... lost some months of premium service but I will just pay it as that's not on them that I didn't cancel.

Well, guess what... even after you top op the account they will ask you to pay again to resume your premium plan because "they could not charge me for it" when I clearly just had to pay the fees for it due to the negative balance.

Absolute garbage customer service that stole 80 euros from me for no service, do they really think I will ever spend a dime with them?

Sounds like they are getting greedy like Paypal.

Yea no idea what their problem is... I even fully understand that the service would obviously only be for the 5 months left of the year I was charged for since that's on me.
But then they go full PayPal and tell me to fuck off and pay again, complete wankers.
