review sites/defamtion

my one frend is having review sites
somebody complanited his hosting company about defamtion and content was removed
are there any hosts which alllow review sites?

Most allow review sites.

Most will not allow stolen content though but you can always get an off shore host and use that for your friend's sites.

Have a look in the hosting section of the marketplace and see who offers off shore hosting.

someone fired defamtion compaint and he had to chnage content

but, this won't change anything as far as i know, google shadowing domains, even if his host will be kept alive, he wont be reachable through search engines,
unless you engage with a community and they have the url, correct me if am wrong
 
Any host can ignore DMCA or C&D complaints but that doesn't mean Google, Bing, Yahoo or SnatchDragon search engines have to list the site.

Reviews are one thing but defamation is a bit different.

No, offshore is more like someone that has hosting in Amsterdam where they ignore DMCA.

Sure it will. It will stop DMCA takedowns as that is the benefit of it.

Google will still crawl the sites.
