Revenue changes after COPPA are taking effect?

The YT studio phone app shows a significant revenue and monetized playbacks growth for the past couple of days for mostly the same number of views. Is that because of quarter 4 has more ads or less ads are shown on kids videos which means more $ the rest of us? My friends also have similar growth, what about you guys?

WTF are you talking about? COPPA rules don't start until January.

No. December is always the most profitable month in adsense. CPM's always shoot up around that time.

January? Coppa rules are out there for some time now.. Youtube forgot them, and now the shit hits the fan in January.
