Revenge on Bad Boss..

no, facts aren't straight...So I worked for the boss for 5 years and have nothing but good reviews and no complaints. Never called in sick, never had a write up and no complaints. Boss decides to save money by hiring someone closer to save money on gas and car costs which is fine. It ended up screwing him because I talked to a bunch of dealerships and they cancelled when the new person came in because they liked me and couldn't stand the new guy but that's a different story. The problem I have is, if you work for someone that long and do a really good job. It's wrong to me to say that this person (me) did a bad job and doesn't deserve unemployment until I find another job, when I did a really good job and was loyal. He tried to not pay me my last two week paycheck which I was owed and tried to deny me unemployment insurance I payed into to save himself a buck. So ya I do want revenge...

Well i had a similar story, you'll see how i react

2 years ago, I was received 2nd in famous french business school in leadership and management section. This school is allowing to follow the lessons almost freely if you do it as an apprentice. So i found a job in a library. The boss told me to choose 3 others school mates and he said he will train me to be able to run his second store.

I've worked hard for months (i mean very very hard) i did everything in his main store (informatic network, electricity, floor, cleaning, tidying, hard labor such as build stuff quick, over 50-60 hours a week and 40 when i got to intend at school.

He kept making some allusion to porn sector. I didn't understand until i realised that he didn't give a shit about my work, he just wanted me and my mates to bang around in his shop. (this sick pervert was 70 years old)

I choosed to ignore it and keep working. Once, he understood i wans't the kindda a guy who is willing to screw/share my GF in front of the camera (who was working with me there) he decided to fire all 4 of us with no explanation.

It ruins me personally, i lost 15k$ for shcool fees, moving out/in fees, paying my rent, food, insurance ...
etc....


I was the major of my class BTW and as i didn't find another job, i couldn't afford to loose more money so i had to move out to my parent house again, and i'm still there trying to pay back my depts. (another 10K$)

I went into deep depression and ofc i lost my girlfriend...

I really really wanted to literaly kill him, i have been planning for months , and kept telling me a guys like that doesn't deserve to live that long....

And you know what i did ?

Nothing ! Life is running and it is short, and i didn't dare to risk jail time for an eternity because of a single another scum bag on earth.

today, i'm smiling again and i can laugh in spite on all the shit i've been through (i didnt mention everyhting), i'm not complaining anymore cause i understood that i am an actor of my choices ! I shouldn't choose to work for him, i was naive.

Lesson of the story i dislike to share, is that just do what you have to do, live, enjoy, rebound, don't do same mistakes on choosing your boss and let the life deal with him.

It will catch him sooner a later and you have to be happy with this

This is a no-brainer. You need to do this one. It will make you feel better without actually hurting anything but his ego. You won't feel guilty or bitter afterwards like with most revenge.

The unemployment money is paid into a fund with the state regardless if an employee gets to use it or not.

It's the law if the employee doesn't collect unemployment the state gets to keep it the employer does not get a refund.

The downside for the employer is that once an employee collects his rate will go up and he will have to pay in more money.

Maybe the OP can do some offline sales to his previous contacts for seo, first page of google etc.

In your place I would attend an Anger Management course.

That guy owns a business. He was paying you money for 5 years. Nobody gonna pay for a bad job. So doing a good job is only natural.

At some stage he finds someone who is better than you, nothing strange in that either. I would do the same as a business owner. And I bet you would do the same as well.

Just find another job. It's all about karma.

I will suggest you to forgive him.There are many people you will get in your whole life that will make you feel bad. But you want to win, make yourself adjusted in such a situation.

I have gotten really good at SEO and finally built up my Amazon sites on the first page for really competitive terms only to get denied recently because they dropped their California affiliates. He's got a site. Clearly you need to make enough competing pages to drive it to SERP oblivion. It doesn't have to be tampered with directly. If nobody can find it, it might as well not exist. Also, see my "massive success - revenge style" section further on in this post. You should be able to make money while doing this one, at least if the guy's site shows under anything that actually draws buyers.

Or use that idea that was in another thread, and put in an ad for some perfectly-restored vintage car "for sale for only $450, must sell"...with his number on it. The business number, that is. Let's see him try to conduct business by semaphore as his phones lock up with calls.

The address needs to be on every mailing list in the universe. Way back in the 80s, I ran across something called "big mails." It was like a safelist, only for snail mail. No checking, no double opt-in. As a kid I made the mistake of signing up for one of these and the level of mail that came in was ASTOUNDING! I'm sure the concept still exists - not every MLM prospect is online. Find as many of these lists as you can and sign 'im on up. He'll have so much stuff he could practically start a private recycling center. Better yet, if he falls for any of it, he'll lose money. A lot of them were out-and-out scams.

MASSIVE SUCCESS - REVENGE STYLE

One other thing - if you're such a good salesman, you're in the perfect position for some seriously high-level revenge. Revenge that doesn't involve violence, makes you rich, and fucks up the enemy all at once. Go into business and sell the dealerships whatever that company was selling them. Make all their customers yours and drive the bastard out of business.

The people saying "massive success is the best revenge" are missing the key detail. Massive success that kills his success at the same time is the ultimate revenge.

Back around 2001, I had a merchant screw me out of about $500. They got real nasty when I demanded the dough, too. I took a good hard look at their operations and realized that ALL of their business was coming from the SERPs.

I was so pissed that I perfected SEO, which I had been stalling on before due to the extreme ease of PPC at the time. Soon, I made 10 pages and SEO'd them for all that company's keywords. When those took over the first page, I made another 5 or so and forced them down to the middle of the second page.

It wasn't long before they went out of business.

Here's the kicker - the pages I killed them with made all of about 2 sales. The "massive success" came from having cracked the algo at the time - which I needed to do in order to get the revenge. When I made pages that had saleable products, they nearly insta-ranked. For the next several years I could own all of the top 5 pretty much on demand.

Total profit stemming from this event: One out-of-business merchant and about $200,000.

So yeah. Revenge is SWEET and don't let anyone tell you differently.

Of course, the algo has been changed now, but my SEO method lasted for years (which is how I got so much profit out of it). It was definitely worth it on every level.



Oh, and that stuff about feeling guilty or bitter after getting revenge? Absolute fucking nonsense. You'll feel GREAT! Liberated and powerful! If you don't, you're doing it wrong. It's not the hammer's fault if you hit your thumb. So aim right.

Two wrongs don't make a right, I just got screwed out of 40K from one of the BIG Internet Marketers after having with him for 2 years, I could have taken revenge but I didn't, it is not worth it, just look ahead and do the best you can on your own, success is the best revenge.
