Reusing banned Instagram accounts

What is the common wisdom about reusing account names from banned accounts? Are the names flagged forever and unusable again, or can the accounts be remade without attracting an instant ban? And if they can be reused is it immediately or should you wait a certain amount of time?

They can't be reused they are gone

Permanently Banned account cant be reused again.

There are banned accounts and then there are temporarily banned accounts.
Banned accounts are gone for good. Temp banned accounts may be worked, but will take 6+ months in order to clear them and start fresh again.
Just because you have the time and money, does not mean that a temp banned account will be workable. It's pretty much like buying the lottery. You don't spend more than a few bucks for those million dollar winnings. So, don't spend more than 1-2 cents on the dollar for what they could be worth. For example, if it was good and worth right now $5K, you'd pay about $35-$50 at most. Remember, Instagram accounts are FREE, so why pay for a shitty account and waste your time, when you can do that on a FREE account.
