Reuploading a YouTube shorts

Can anyone guide me with precautions I need to to take while reuploading shorts video ? If I upload a shorts and it does not get viral, how can I reupload it again with different settings, to get better result this time ? Will repeating this on channel multiple times cause any penalty ?

Don't delete/reupload. Just upload consistently and improve the shorts. It can take months before they take off.

Some of the users posted here that on reupload, there shorts picked up. Have you got negative experience with this ?

It might pick up faster on a re-upload, or it won't. It will most likely get its time to shine in my experience, whether or not you re-upload. I don't bother to re-upload because I know it will get picked up sooner rather than later. I let it take its time.

Reuploading a video on your channel doesn't lead to penalty. To prevent getting the same result, you can do some changes on the video before uploading it.

You will not get a penalty if you re-upload short videos multiple times. If you re-upload short videos Check if the video is still relevant you can check it by using VidIq, also Change the title and thumbnail and make sure It's good. Be patient and keep creating great content.

Take your original video, inverse it, add its original video = get new looped video.
Then add inverse video to the end you get another looped video.
Change its playtime you get another video from original one.

When uploading the video, you should make the settings well. Tags and keywords, the time you uploaded, the country you live in are very important factors, upload them in one go, you can change the tags as time passes, for example, if you are assigning a date, you can change the date on the videos.

don't re-upload your shorts. it can make your audience bore. if you want to grow or be viral on youtube make interesting content and post it on regular basis. consistency is the main key for success in any field.

I won't recommend this method, but you never get a penalty,

but it takes time to viral and you will get low views.
