Retargeting YouTube Channel on Facebook

Does anyone know if this is possible if so how would it be done and what retargeting service would you use? I want to be able to retarget people on facebook back to my youtube channel and visa versa?

For me to make it easy I'd run them through my YouTube link so I could use Adwords to retarget them based on behavior.
