Results Data not showing

Hello there,

I'm running a facebook ad campaign, it's bringing me dozens of leads everyday, I know that because i check my email list and i see it increasing.

Problem is all metrics are showing except for the "results", when i refresh sometimes it shows the number sometimes it disappears.

I made sure to change the date ranges, but doesn't seem to quite fix it.

Seems a bit random.

Any idea how i can fix this?

Please check and refresh the data, you need to turn on maximum mode to be able to see the results.

The data used to show all the time, with the same campaign, I paused it, came back to it after a couple of weeks, although the pixel is working and custom conversion is recording new events and other metrics, results & cost per lead are the only metrics that aren't showing.

What's weird is when I refresh the page sometimes, the results show, but most of the time it disappears.

Try downloading raw ad campaign data from Facebook Ads Manager and check if the resulting metrics are present in this data file
