Restoring cPanel MySQL never works always say can not connect with database Wordpress any advice?

I am moving servers and I am trying to backup in one server and restore in another. The file manager is never any issue. The problem is the restore MySQL it does not make a MySQL user and it never connects to the database. The name change after restoring but I update the WP config file but still not connecting.

I am using the copy worpress plug in on some website but sadly my new server can not take big wordpress so I have to do it manually.

Advice please?
