I was scammed by @StripeFinance. The offer started on BHW forum, he proposed his service here:

After that, I contacted him on TG and I will share all the conversation with some screenshots.
After getting paid, he promised to deliver the accounts in 3 hours. I paid him on Friday, today is Tuesday and he didn't deliver them. Yesterday evening replied to me, telling me again that he was sharing me the account. The he disappeared again.

He took me more than 700$ and he scammed me. I'm waiting for the refund.

Dispute Request Approved​
Information For The Accused
@StripeFinance - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Let me give updates. @StripeFinance told me that he can refund only with Bitcoin lighting wallet, which is only an excuse as he took money in USDT TRC20. In any case, I created a Bitcoin lightning wallet just for him and I sent him the wallet. He stopped replying me and deleted the TG chat for both of us.

Hello, @StripeFinance This person scammed me out of $50. He asked me to pay $50 for 10 AWS accounts but has not delivered them and is not responding to my messages. I request a refund for this payment. I will attach proof of our conversation as evidence.

Got scammed as well for 50$. He offered me help with my Facebook ads but after sending the money he disappeared. Got telegram screen recordings of the conversation with him.

no he scammed me this afternoon, the problem is not the money I don't even want 90€, it's the waste of time, and the false hope he gave me with the number of complaints I don't understand why he's here I can't put the evidence with the photo formats if you have telegram I can send all the screenshots

I didn't understand the screenshots. You asked him if he has reviews on BHW, he answered with a shitty Bulgarian casino domain....why did you trust on him based on it?
 
Do most of these low quality scammers come from dwelling in HAF and WTB? I'm not sure if it's just me or if those boards just seem like a giant mess where anyone can slip through and get some easy bucks for not much.

Maybe too much speculation on my part.
 
Minimum monthly fee + % of ad spend, only crypto accepted, no reviews, no vouches, no sales thread, post count inflation... You should have stopped communicating with them as soon as they failed to provide any reviews. It's a scam all day long. You'll be scammed again in the near future if you don't do more thorough due diligence.
