Gold service messed up the ranking of my site and dived without refunding me money. I have all the evidence.

I bought Gold service’ service to rank up my website. We agreed that he will work on my site for 3-4 months and it will cost 4500$.



But as soon as he start working on my sites. My ranking got dropped drastically and I asked him what is happening ..I demanded full report of backlinks that he done so far. When I see the report.. most of them are spammy links and immediately ask for a refund. But he stalling from that moment.











They keep lying.

Summary of dispute: I paid Gold service $500 to get a website approved for Adsense. Gold service checked the website and said he guaranteed he could get it approved in one month. I made the payment on August 3, 2024 and gold service did appear to work on it, I don't feel as though this was a hit and run type of issue. After multiple Adsense rejections over 3 months, I asked for a refund and have been getting the runaround.

What I hope to gain from this dispute: I just want a refund, I've started a dispute on Paypal as well.

Additional information: I believe I've given the seller ample time to deliver the service and they were unable to, which happens, I just want the refund promised.

Information For The Accused
@gold service - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

No update as if there were one you would see it in here.

As to the time frame, I'm well aware.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Gold Service has contacted us via support claiming that they have reached out to you both and paid you back. Are they telling the truth? There's no guarantee they can be let back on to the forum even if they have paid the both of you back, but we're checking to see if they followed through with this.

I received a full refund a couple of days ago because he never replied to Paypal in response to my dispute. If he reached out to me, I don't see it.

I haven't received a refund yet.
