A few weeks ago I bought a 4k non btc enabled cash app from buyreviewnow for $70 after one transaction the account asked for verification. i asked for help and he said non btc account is not verified and I should buy btc verified account to not get verification issues(I paid $70 for nothing first). after I bought it he said not to use the account for 24 hours. after I did one transaction after 24 hours the account's payments started failing. i was then told to wait a few days. after trying again in a few days the cash app was asking or verification. i followed all directions and he just tell me to delay using cash app because he knew something was wrong and did not want to replace it. I would like either a refund or replacement. Thank you.

i saw his telegram on the acccount. im new here so i not really sure how it works. i looked up cash app on the site and he was contacting everyone claiming he is selling so I messaged him

Information For The Accused

@buyreviewnow - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

We don't know why he disputed it after he knew everything. We clearly mentioned that we don't provide any replacement whatever happened after successful login. He is claiming that his 4k normal account asked for verification but as I mentioned before that after successful login we don't provide any replacement we can give you some directions for the account gets long last. Honorable Moderator, I think you know very well, that even BTC enable fully verified accounts could asks for re-verification it's not in my hand. I attached some chat history you can check. I told him before taking the payment about our terms.

What a terrible guarantee... I rarely see a guarantee that has no value.

I'll go through things later on but that guarantee needs to be changed as it is unfair to the members here.

He also stated it was fully verified and it would not run into that problem which was clearly not true.

I have purchased from this seller in the past and can attest to his brutal guarantees. There are tons of issues with CashApp accounts that can present themselves in such short notice which is why this guarantee is utter bullshit.

I respected his guarantee at the time which is why I had not submitted a dispute up to this point. I'm not seeking any compensation from the seller, though I can confidently say I have lost over $750 working with him.

One of the many issues shown below :

Seller agreed to issue a replacement in the form of a LOWER TIER account after several messages going back and forth, which proved to be useless.

What do you mean? I give you 4k normal which in normal and 4k btc enable and fully verified is higher price you know. I clearly mention that 4k normal 70$ and btc enable 200$ dont you see the difference?

Due to the nature of this service we do not offer any replacement after successful login. When someone buy they aggred on this term and buy it on their own risk. We do not hide any information. I have seen lots of sales thread that follow the same policy.

And many have changed their policy after a dispute thread such as this one, and if not, we have closed their sales threads.

Every sensitive accounts may be get restricted cause of terms Violations and depend on uses within next few hours so how could we provide replacement please provide suggestion.

Suggestion is to provide something that will not cause your name to come up in the dispute resolution subforum because I won't tolerate poor quality being sold to the members nor will any other staff member.

I don't know why the matter of compensate is coming? I clearly mentioned the policy before they/he bought my service. The moderator also approved my thread where I clearly mentioned about the policy.Then why moderator approved my thread or other with the same ir similar policy? You lied to me that verification would not be requested and just take advantage. He already tell you I need to be compensated. please lets work something out.

When you login to account it was btc enabled but i told you if you dont wanna take i can refund you but you tried scam me and get 2 account and didnt take refund. Now trying to spoil my reputation. After seeing things moderator will must be understand.
