(Resolved) Dispute: @ynwa_96 v. @TRUST PLUS GOOGLE ADS

i contacted the seller of the above thread about getting a google account, he send list and i picked an account which wasn't available, then proceeded to suggest another account for me, prior to getting the account i told him the activity that i was running the the credit card provider i'm using, he also suggested the proxy that i should be using, and said that it should work without an issue, i got the account i opened it, linked my credit card, waited a while and activated the campaign that he was running, then the account got banned right after. i reached out to him for a solution since i didn't created any campaign on my end and to account was dommed to get banned, but all he does was giving me excuses and writing walls of ChatGpt generated messages, that were unreasonable , he stated that he would give me a $100 discount, i don't need it i need either a replacement or my money back. a think he failed to understand. i will include a screenshot of the entire conversation.

@TRUST PLUS GOOGLE ADS - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. hi, yes, ive been talking to you and i see that u quite didnt understand what ive said. i didnt run any campaign on account that u bought off me, this in not true what u said. this account is from advertising agency. if u are running google ads, as an expert u clearly should know that u have check every campaign before launching, which u never did (from your words u just activated it). u never checked website, if its active or down, i checked campaigns that u have activated and they were “disapproved”. this is not how u put up your campaigns live, they should be approved to run. still u had time to check it when i was giving it to u for Read only access, i always do that before selling an account. its also written in my “buy” policy. now i understand that the reason for ban might be not only your credit card or setup in general, like i said to u before. it also can be your approach for launching, as u missed important step when u activated old campaign. in our refund/replace policy on BHW u can see that i refund money only in 2 cases and your case is not about it. i would replace u account with pleasure if u asked me about it before launching and creating a payment profile, but after these actions im not allowed to do so (its stated in our shop's policy) and it would be not smart of me to replace every banned account for my customers. from my perspective what i see, is that u didnt check account on your own, made a mistake and launched it. and u were asking for replace/refund after successfully banning your account, u simply just want to receive free service here, we dont work like that and again: i mentioned it in my refund policy. i offered u a discount even bigger than the price of account itself as for compensation but u decided to write this nonsense dispute, in which your case is not applicable for a refund. consider your launching setup before coming to google ads, it may help to prevent banning of accounts in the future.

P.s. - chat gpt is only helping me to communicate with my customers in a soft way, as im not a native speaker the way i talk may seem rude to other people, please understand that

1) U bought acc and after receiving - its active and not banned
2) U created payment profile
3) Old campaign activated
4) Acc went to ban

Wow, I mean, the mods ask us to keep this conversation civil, but it's really hard to do with your level of arrogance, dude. I'm definitely not an expert, but the ads were never disapproved, and that's a big lie. I opened the account to send over a screenshot, but I found out that you removed access for me? Why's that? As an expert yourself, you should not revoke my access for an account that I already bought, unless you have something to hide. The campaign was approved weeks before and spent the budget I reactivated. It went active, and I came back hours later only to find the account was suspended. As I said, the account was doomed to fail. You even said it yourself through text that I had done nothing wrong and that Google does this. I'm not new to this, and I've been working with other suppliers from the marketplace, and I've never encountered such an issue. If I had created or even initiated the creation of a campaign, I would never ask for a refund or a replacement. The thing is, I did none of these things. I asked you about the activity (iptv), asked you about the credit card I'm using, and asked you about the proxy, and you never mentioned anything could go wrong nor the fact that i should buy multiple accounts for 1 to work..... You said everything would be fine. Now, I'm not a native English speaker either, but I'm trying to explain myself without the need for an outside source or the need to revoke access to an account that I already sold to a customer. And by the way, since you're very generous in giving me a $100 discount, please, dear sir, give me my $75 back, and you can keep your generous discount for someone else who is an expert.

A little update: I just realized that the exact same seller has already been banned for a similar issue while providing a similar service on the Marketplace in a previous case. What's even more surprising is that he didn’t even bother to change the Excel sheet as it contains the same account IDs, props to him tho on the creativity of his new username and logo

I didn’t really bother with the $75, as I knew it was gone by the way he responded when i told him the account got suspended. But honestly, this guy is a con artist. he'll likely pop up again, and when he does, I’ll make sure to report him again
