Bought Google reviews and never delivered, he has been ignoring my messages for 9 months as you can see on proof. When I threatened with scam report, he replied surprisingly saying he delivered, but when I told him stop the bullshit and refund, he said he would deliver then went back to ignoring.

Information For The Accused
@saraali786, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

I am writing to address the recent dispute that has been opened against me. After thoroughly reviewing my records, I confirm that I have delivered the reviews but after the recent updates the reviews were taken down , this was not the first order of the OP as I have been providing reviews to him over the few months I have promised him that I will provide him the replacement of reviews and he was agreed and okay with it had no idea if he was planning to open a dispute, I am still willing to provide replacement if buyers wants. Because I offer replacement of reviews and he knew this from the day 1.

Additionally, I want to bring to your attention an ongoing issue that has been causing significant distress. I have been the victim of an impersonator/scammer, who has been fraudulently using my BHW (BlackHatWorld) name on Skype to deceive others. I have consistently posted warnings and reminders across the platform about this scammer, and I’ve even shared proofs to substantiate my claims. Despite these efforts, this individual remains active and continues to tarnish my reputation.

It is particularly concerning that this is now my fifth dispute, especially considering that three of these disputes were directly related to the actions of this scammer. In those cases, I was not found guilty, which raises a critical question: how can I be held accountable for a new dispute when the root cause, the scammer, has not been dealt with effectively?

The impersonator is still out there, scamming under my name, and this is not only damaging to me personally but also to the community. I strongly urge you to take decisive action against the real culprit.

I have been proactive in trying to protect both my reputation and the community by alerting everyone to the scam. I ask that this latest dispute be thoroughly reviewed, with the context of the ongoing impersonation in mind.

You did not deliver a single review, if you did you would have shown proof. It's true that when I ordered there were some kind of updates and nobody was able to deliver reviews, how come you were able? That's the only reason I gave you this much time, to deliver the order whenever you were able to instead of asking for a refund as I rarely do this to help you guys. How come if you delivered, you would have replied to the messages I sent you almost begging you. But, no you decided to keep ignoring all my messages, not deliver anything neither process a full refund of what I paid for.

I understand your concern over the disputes. However, three of these were caused by an impersonator using my name on Skype, not by my actions. I've provided evidence, but the scammer remains active.

I’m not here to tell you what to do, as you have far more experience than I do, but I do ask how I can be held accountable for disputes where I wasn't involved. The real issue is the impersonator, not my business.

Please understand the situation from my side too.

You have 14 warnings, 5 of which are due to disputes... you are taking up staff resources that are abusing the staff.

with due respect Mod , I am trying my hard to explain it to you that please don't accuse me for the 3 disputes which you , yourself closed knowing those were the false accusations and done by the impersonator just to hurt my reputation and I'm not the only victim here , there are many other sellers who are victim of these kind of situation here. I request to please be kind please.

I do care Sir , for the other warnings I apologize that I was new at that time as was not well aware of the roles and I'm sorry for those warnings and I will more and more careful in future also. Please I request you to please allow me to work here and don't take food out of my kids hands as I have no full time job and this is the only option for me to run my house. I know that's not your issue please do the Justice. I am changing my business model also. Trying my best to get involved in such situations

14 warning is not an action that is considered positive in any environment,

Pay the accuser.
