Dear moderation team @BassTrackerBoats
I hope you can help with dispute with @TomislavDivic
He is a marketplace seller: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/b...rest-snapchat-linkedin-reddit-from-4.1622274/
We made first contact through forum conversations:https://www.blackhatworld.com/conversations/about-accounts.30292482/
Then on telegram we finalized the details and he provided me with advertising account services, then I paid him 2160 USDT on September 26th, I asked him to confirm the USDT address in a forum conversation before payment was made.
after that he kept me waiting for the result, in the last few days he stopped replying to my messages at all, all messages were unread, but I noticed that his forum account and the telegram's last online time is Wednesday, that means he is online but intentionally not reading or replying to my messages.
I mentioned to him on Wednesday that 'if I don't reply to any more messages, I will start a dispute' and got no reply either.
which clearly is a scam in my opinion. I even suspected he was faking basis.net's staff, which looks like a regular company, so I would suggest that when reviewing marketplace posts, verify that they are associated with the claimed company.
The attachments is screenshot of the chat.
Thanks.
