(Resolved) Dispute @Hanson Dev vs. @richduck

Hi team/moderators,

I had an issue from this seller where he refuse to refund the the of the balance after the google leased from him get suspended yesterday..Instead he was request me to topup another $125 for a new account while I still have the balance of $420 in his hands. In the thread, there's unclear refund policy and account replacement as well...The total amount had been paid to him is $545 on 21 Aug while only deliver the account on 26 Aug. All the conversation and dealing started from BHW message then only went through Telegram. And recently his Telegram account(https://t.me/@adsrich) get banned on 29 Aug. Here are the evidence shows what actually happened.

Hopefully I can get resolve soon.

Information For The Accused
@richduck - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Please bear in mind Dispute Resolution section rule #4 before responding.

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

Hello, they defrauded you with a fake Telegram account opened in my name.

Let me explain the situation this way, my old telegram account @adsrich was closed by telegram due to spam.

So I decided to open a new account and gave an update on the topic and said that I would change my telegram name to @adsrichnew, but I thought it would be ridiculous and then changed my username to @richduckbhw.

I sent a topic update request and updated my telegram address on the poster as @richduckbhw.

However, seeing that the @adsrichnew username was vacant, the fraudster took my username and contacted people to defraud them.

I am not the person the person contacted, my only official account at the moment is @richduckbhw

I used my username that way at first, but later I decided to change it.
And they saw that the username was empty and defrauded people.

We exposed the fraudster thanks to a customer of mine, here are the conversation recordings and important FAQs.


After receiving this ss the scammer deleted all conversations.
The person approaches me as if she is going to buy an account and asks me to confirm it with the code 5555 via PM to the person she will defraud.(dişil)




Actually, the person he wants to defraud is @Will Xiao and he sends him a pm. This is how we exposed the fraudster while talking to the person.




To inform:

The scammer changed his Telegram username from @adsrichnew to @ozelshopcomm.



I love BHW very much and I never want to leave this place, when I first joined here I took an oath of honesty, I am always honest, I have never cheated anyone and I never will, I really can't believe what happened to me because of unscrupulous scammers.

No external username belongs to me. My account has a blue tick. Do not do business without confirming with PM from Bhw.

I think I already detected that the TG "@adsrichnew" is not belongs to @richduck and the conversation out of sudden change the username to @ozelshopcomm.

@ozelshopcomm is not a member here but an imposter of one of our members.

One reason I think that Telegram ought to be banished to the Artic Circle, buried 50 feet deep and wiped from the history books.

TG is nothing more than an opportunity to scam others 99% of the time.

Bought Account at 125+50 for account balance on 23th Aug 2024 , Delivered a new account & took $50 extra for so that he will load account with $50 for test as well , as per his suggestion waited 2 days to load fund , buy account got suspended on 2nd days without adding any funds, then he refused to refund money & deleted his account now came back with new account to scam other peoples, poor scammer ! , i asking admin to open a dispute & if he not refund money ban him from this forum

He is using new account every time & closing & deleting messages sent, Requesting forum as him to refund money.

He took money from me at 23th Sept, 2024 that time he using TG -️richduck [BlackHatWorld] then chaged to --> richduck BHW , later you changed it to - OzelShop BHW Google Agency, now you using - richduckbhw , so he is a scammer keep changing the TG account & names & also deleting them , but not this time boy i have all the chat screenshot & proofs. if you already refund my money post the transaction details here with chat proofs

Don't Try to be over smart i paid money to you not Ozelshop, check the screenshot carefully before replaying & then you change your name in TG , i already posted above.

Don't think you're very smart, I know what you're trying to do. Let the moderators provide evidence for everything. So many people are giving good reviews about my service and you still think I'm going to scam people for $100? If you have enough evidence, go and file a new report on me.

This thread is one if the best examples of people doing business on Telegram.

Not only is it unprofessional, and makes one look like they missed Business 101 in school, it is so easy to scam or be scammed that even a caveman could do it.

Its your fault that you paid money back to someone else, i want my money back as you failed to deliver what you promise.
