a seller is scamming me on second transaction, make an excuse because he cant deliver on time. my refund is ignored
first contact on 1st march 2024
first disappear on 13th march 2024

he tries to delete our convo at 26th march 2024

when we do transaction, i invite my employee to a group to communicate with him regarding the account
i tried to contact from there also no respond
Summary of Dispute: seller cant deliver the product on time, i ask for refund, ignored

first contact on 1st march 2024
we do transaction for 1 account, despite so many login problem, i considered it to be delivered

later i do bulk order for 5 account, he sent 1 account and then make an excuse because he cant deliver the rest on time.
i waited for a week, when he come he just complained that twitter update bla bla, and i ask for refund. he ignored my refund

later today (26th march) when i check my telegram, he chat me and pretend to deliver some account
i tried to log in but the password is wrong, i ask him and he tries to tell me it my fault, i know its a blank login credentials.
then i said i will file dispute today, he said "as your wish" and then deleted all the conversation in telegram

i already back up all my telegram chat with him, if mod want to see all i can send you full convo without censorship
i also have all payment history with him

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

He is still replying telegram! I remembered i pm him before but did not buy from him.

which seems to me similar post from that same guy, almost same thread title, available payments & the delivery accounts also. The honourable Moderator @BassTrackerBoats should take action against him. Otherwise many buyers will get scammed with a lot of money.
