I mean its a total mess, but the fact is seller blocked me on telegram, but had a quick second thought. So considering that his thread already had so many problems happening with "fake" telegrams, it clearly shows a pattern here.

You don't change your story 5 times in 10 minutes, by first blocking, then saying you replace, then you refund $25, then refund $79, etc.

Information For The Accused
@richduck - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

It appears that the seller has already attempted to resell the account they sold.

If you check the thread I linked, you can see that the account paid to me and the account paid to the dispute applicant are the same.

The seller promised to "I will set up an account with spending history for you"
However, the account I received is "an account with no spending history".

I couldn't take it anymore because I was angry.
I had no choice but to end the transaction with the seller, and the ownership of the account that was already paid is with me. Why? I traded with the seller and paid the seller the amount.

However, this seller seems to have attempted to retrieve the account he sold to me when the transaction with me was broken.
I thought the seller would try to retrieve it, so I changed all the information in the account in advance.

I think the seller was trying to resell the account he sold me to a new buyer.
I think the seller's behavior is wrong.

1. Attempted to resell accounts you've already sold during your transaction with @commerceads.
2. The seller blocked the buyer's messenger from accepting a refund request from a buyer whose credibility has disappeared.
3. The seller said "photoshop" for the evidence presented by the buyer.
4. a contradiction in behavior that is constantly changing.

He scammed others already on his thread, on the basis that it was "imposter" "fake telegram" and he tried to do the same with me, seconds after I tried logging into account. If I didn't have the screenshots, he would have simply replied "bro you were scammed by someone else, its not me"

So my point here is, its not just about a refund, but about systematic fraudulent behavior and pattern of the seller. Seller sells here for a short time, but already collected tens of post on his thread about scamming.

This seller played victim really well which created the story which being backed by few BHW members until the mod believe that his TG account had been hacked by fraudulent. And due to my busy schedule in this few day, I didn't checkout the updates until 4th Sept the dispute had been disclosed because of insufficient evidence.

That's makes me frustrated. Why so easy to let go the suspect. So I reached out the this seller via his TG first (https://t.me/richduckbhw) and BHW PM and Whatsapp (https://wa.me/447767839249). However this seller kinda neglected my issue where I still have $420 balance in his hands which request to refund back the balance due to suspicious and feel unsecure. But this guy either refuse the request and act like "Gotcha" scene for me like "I just being scammed myself"...WTF! I only realize that this guy already show his "true color", this guy cheated me and the mods as well.

I was checkout there's few buyers also get scammed by @richduck . But never open dispute until just long ago in today there another dispute had been opened by @commerceads I do check out the dispute there, I also realize that this guy is selling so called "aged" GAds account which I still able to login the suspended GAds account and the checkout when that GAds account given was created that's only created from 11th Aug which is less than 30days period. WTF! And previously he running the Ads campaign just lead the users to blank page (https://recargatutvonlxc.com/gracias/) no wonder the account get suspended on 29th Aug given I didn't run any campaign too.

This is why I opening 2nd dispute to show this guy is a scammer not because I am just want to "destroy" his business. I lost my money, I also don't want to let other victim to get scammed by this guy as well.
