(Resolved) Dispute: @Bingoman8 v. @saendra.d

I contacted @saendra.d to order his services. I was interested in store feedbacks on Amazon.





We discussed all details and I sent him money




He told me that he would sent me proofs - screenshots of the placed orders.



48 hours passed and he started playing dumb. I received 0 evidence that he placed orders.
He told me that he's waiting for a confirmation from his buyer (before he told me that the order has been already processed, which is not true)
I provided him certain product pages on Amazon and these pages have no sales rank which means that no orders were placed. (If you know what Im talking about)

Today I have a conversation with him in telegram and he told me that he will proceed a refund.
I gave him 5 minutes to do it but he tried to telling me bullshit again and threatened that he will not proceed a refund if I ll post this on forum.



So , after all - he deleted our conversation and blocked me.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

@saendra.d, this is the second dispute thread opened against you. It sure looks like smoke from a fire.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

This is a liar. He spent $700 to buy a Facebook account with a deposit of $900 and added another $1,100 to his balance. After paying him, he cleared the record directly. I can't prove this now and have no other purpose because I know I won't get my money back. I just want to warn everyone that this is a scam, so please be careful. I just wanted to teach myself a lesson. I hope my admins post this. I don't want to see a second victim.
