Summary of Dispute: I posted a thread about wanting to buy an instagram reply bot, @Arpito responded to my post and we talked. I realized that I could get better traffic through telegram scraping and adding bots so he sold me on that which was 400$. I pay him and he sends me the "bot" that he claims he created but he made a mistake and sent me the bot that he bought straight from another website called "doublegram" which wasn't even the pro version but the free startup version which no longer works and isn't updated by their team and removed on github. You can only buy the pro version now. He then claims he made a mistake and sends me a new link with every file the same except the read me which was changed to say "Arpito bot" to make it seem like he created it. I then confront him and he tries to delete our messages on telegram and block me after i already took the screenshots.

Evidence of the Issue: (Check attachments a3 - a11) and link below of doublegram software (which only now has pro version and startup is no longer being updated). a3 is when he deleted our messages and tried to block me. in the a11 attachment, on the right is the first bot he mistakenly sent which shows the real software and on the left is the new bot he sent after pretending it was his.

Information For The Accused
@Arpito - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Finally, after so much effort, I'm here. I understand that in order to approve this resolution it should have gone through all possible means before making it public.

The first thing I would like to know, if my comment was public, where is our conversation in the forum?

I would also like to know, in what way or how you ended up buying a scrapper (NOT MINE) when you initially wanted to buy a bot for Instagram?

We have never had any kind of conversation so I don't remember ever sending my telegram anywhere.

How did you end up talking to me supposedly?

Ok, the next step. I've been selling my telegram bot for a long time, and it has nothing to do with the one you're saying I sold you!

For a quick resolution I am willing to send the moderators screenshots of my sales of the same bot, or I can even send screenshots or videos of my working bot.

I don't work with anyone, I don't have equipment, I work alone and my only computer is my computer.

I don't know what DoubleGram is and who its developers are. The shared profile is clearly a fake profile, very similar to mine in fact.

But my profile has my BHW profile picture, in the first capture there are no photos and in the others yes?

I have been trying to avoid these types of situations for a long time, I think it is a total lack of respect, I have never had any relationship with scammers, on the contrary I am against it and I report them.

How long ago did you make the purchase? I imagine that recently?

Please, if you can write to the same profile with which you communicated, I will share my credentials or my data so that the moderators can access my account and check if when you write you are really talking to me.

Then I messaged you through your telegram contact which you have in your bio since you haven't responded to my bhw message for a while. We then had a convo about switching to telegram bots since that's what i needed more and you sold to me a telegram scraper. (a2 and a3 for first contact on telegram and the convo about switching from instagram to telegram bot is in the first screenshots i initially posted).

If you claim we have never talked, why haven't you responded to my message on july 30 and july 31st on bhw about me saying i'm going to file a dispute on you and that i want a refund after you deleted our messages on telegram? you were clearly active on blackhatworld for a while after that ignoring my messages. (a4)

if the mods could message to me in private i know how to prove that this was @Arpito talking to me on telegram.

You say that we changed the conversation, as if we had changed together, can you please send me in what message I sent you or I asked you to contact via Telegram?

I can also take captures of conversations even with Jr VIP where I suggest keeping or doing the business through BHW.

The bot you are talking about is not, nor has it been mine. My telegram bot has a UI interface.

In my profile I have said it thousands of times long before we even made some kind of contact, people who write to me to make a purchase, asking for a demo and many questions! I don't know what the reason behind it is, but I don't think it's for anything good.

Like i already said, your telegram contact is quite literally in your bio.

The first screenshots i had in my intial message explaining the dispute shows why we switched the convo from instagram bot to scraper bot.

I waited this long because each day I was hoping it was all a misunderstanding and we could've worked this out instead of having to take my time to file this dispute with you.

Now you're just outright denying who I was texting was a fake account. I can prove to a mod privately that this is in fact real.

You also still haven't answered the reason why you haven't responded to me saying i'm going to file a dispute on you if you don't give me a refund. Not on telegram but on bhw, so explain that?

The reason why you didn't respond was because you blocked me on telegram and tried to delete our messages before I was able to get screenshots.

Also its weird how in my screenshot (a11 and the telegram screenshots of our chat in the first ever message explaining my dispute) you can see the file name for the readme of the bot says "scrapper" instead of "scraper" which obviously means he has no idea even how to spell "scraper" which indicates he didn't even build the bot himself with no knowledge of a scraper.

In this message reply to my dispute he says the word "scrapper" as well just like in the screenshots because that is how he keeps pronouncing it. He sold me this free non working bot ripped off from doublegram.com that is no longer updated and working. You can only buy the pro version which is updated.

Yes , i use the word scrapper .
I also use Python Python 3.12+ .
In your ReadMe file i see 3.8 which it’s a curious how old it’s that.

And about telegram , even the profile picture look Distorted and with a weird color

you can't extract conversations after YOU have deleted it. Telegram doesn't work that way.

So you're admitting that it was you with the features message? you're basically saying that the person i talked to was not you at all, but someone who used the "same message in your now offline store". How would I know that? You're saying I was talking to someone else who knew about your past bots which means I got scammed not by you but by someone else?
The thing is, that contact is the one you have in your bio.

So overall, you're saying I got scammed by a whole other person meaning i didn't forge these messages but that's the contact that YOU had in YOUR bio. It doesn't add up.
