ask your neighbor. I have had multiple people that I paid monthly just to have a computer sitting in their basement that I accessed via remote desktop connection. They get paid for doing nothing, you get a 100% safe IP
 
Seriously!! That will be much expensive. !! How you make sure that they won't access your data?
 
we were using it to create bullet proof adwords accounts that were in no way associated with each other. everything else we tried, google found out and targeted us

Wow awesome idea. Isnt there something like a fresh ip proxy you can buy? Or 4g Proxies?

technically yes but if you're using the same machine, even thru proxies google would connect the accounts together and the banhammer would drop

That's actually good idea, I didn't think of that before.
OP, I would recommend doing some tests and checking everything by yourself. You may also look out for proxy providers on BHW or some other forums - they should be less popular and more efficient as result of it, IMHO.
