Hello, good forums.

Would you recommend a quality and free site where I can analyze the internal seos of my website?

You can try Mangools, is a premium tool but offers a 10 days free trial without a credit card needed. And by the looks of it, I think it uses Ahrefs and Moz apis (so basically is like getting access to these premium tools).

Register for the 10 days and make the most of it to analyze you site.
 
If you are willing to designs often, I would suggest you to choose face to face learning instead of online learning.

-Check it with ubersuggest by neilpatel
-Submit your website to google webmaster and remove those errors pointed in their
-Google page speed check and remove those errors.
-Moz(trial version) backlink checker and remove the spam backlinks
 
ubersuggest good but don't trust the keyword difficulty and position you should check other tools
like woorank.com
