Request for help

Ok, so I have tried a lot of different methods, and I'm not sure what my problem is... as my name suggests I am relatively new to this whole IM thing and would like to put out an offer... I would really like to focus on the niche/adsense pages... If someone is willing to work with me to put together a site so I can learn step by step what I need to do I am willing to compensate them for their time. I have read a lot of PDFs articles posts here etc but all of them always tend to leave something out... Please PM me with a flat cost of what you would like for compensation. Individuals that contact me I would appreciate it if you have had a high level of success with the method and can give examples and real proof of your sites for me to review (no photoshops either lol) prior to accepting an offer... Prefer English as your primary language...

one tip, whoever you work with, speak to them on the phone first and ask to see their own sites.
