I am a bot programmer. I have been in BHW for over a month. I have learnt quite a few things. And I would like to contribute something to BHW, by making a bot for FREE. But i don know in which title to choose. If anyone could suggest me some titles and what the bot can do, i ll make them for free and share them. So please help me giving in some titles. Ready to program any kind of bot. Any suggestions from BHW members.

If you can make a bot that can increase youtube views, and it has daily fresh proxies, then that would be good.
 
It would be nice to see a livejournal bot that can mass comment
 
As bobbylove321 and xSaimex suggested, the youtube bot seems to be good. Well i am planning to start working on it. And i just want to know quite a few information on how the youtube view increases. And also for rating the videos does the bot has to register be a registered member. Am sorry, i have not uploaded any videos as such.

Now coming to Ruriko, what exactly should the livejournal bot comment on. Please describe exactly what the bot should do. Should it select a set of topics, which the user feeds, and go to livejournal and comment on it? Please send me a PM or just tell what exactly the functionalities of the bot should be.

Yeah can you make a youtube bot, that logs onto youtube and subscribes to youtube channels with accounts from a .txt file?

Hey zZues thanks for the additional tip buddy. But i need to know more about youtube and its services, as i havent used them as of now. So can you tell me how the bot has to subscribe, like should it search for some keywords, and if any channel matches it, then is should subscribe for them or is there some other method buddy.

Hoping to get more web-bots related ideas.....
 
Well the subscriber bot could have two options:

1. User imports YouTube accounts and passwords, enters a youtube channel to subscribe to, and the bot signs onto youtube with each account and subscribers to the youtube channel provided.

2. You have a database with loads of YouTube accounts and passwords, when a user enters a youtube channel link your accounts subscribe to it. You will need a lot of subscribes for this to work though, and would cost you.

All i would want is the first method, because i have loads of youtube accounts.

Hey zZeus, thanks for the tips. Well basically, will youtube charge me for creating an account with them? Or is it free like gmail sign up?
 
Guys please give in some ideas. Am doing this for FREE. Does it hurt to give a little suggestions, tips, ideas? Please pour in ur thoughts. :)
 
Youtube is free to create an account, you just need something in the prorgam that will overcome the captcha for multilple accounts creation & a way to add a set of fresh proxies would be good too!?
 
My idea list

1. social bookmarking site account creator
2. twitter account creator w/ options to customize each account fast(er)
3. classified ads site poster
4. gmail account creator


So damn boring to create alot of accounts manually:p
 
Can you make a blot like Xrumer ? or CLad genius.

I'd second the social account creator, and incorporate decaptcha account processing into it as well. Make it either a manual or automatic (decaptcha) process.
 
You could either do something general like a Gmail account creator (who doesn't need gmails?) or something specific like cody said, a social account creator. I think that Xrumer/CLAD might be going overboard, because those are very complicated programs.

I'd personally use a Gmail creator or a CL account creator.

I might not need it tho as some Nigerian guy says he has $50,000,000 dollars he wants to send me.

I am quite hopefull so if (when really) I get the money you don't need to code a bot that sends me the money as the 50M will last me till the end of the year but maybe you can think about starting say end of November

- create account
- submitt video
- increase pageviews
- submitt url youtube to social networking

I think there should be a vote on what bot should be made, and I Guarantee you a youtube bot will win hands down.

It's free to create accounts with youtube, but if you are creating multiple and lots, then you need proxies. The bot's main focus should be on increasing the videos views pass the 300 freeze mark. The 300 freeze mark is where videos stop increasing in views unless they go viral (take off and become popular).

So the bot needs to have fresh daily proxies that can be imported (like the previous software tubeincreaser). Anything extra with the bot like comments, subscribers, favorites, etc. are just a plus and additional on the side.

If you can FOCUS only on increasing the views, then I'm pretty sure MANY people will be happy about it.
 
Well thank you guys. I have got some ideas here. Well the first bot i planned to make was Youtube pageview increaser. But i heard lot of them saying negatives about it. So i need to do a lot of reasearch on it still. Now am planning to create a bot which creates Gmail Accounts first.

And then am planning for the social account creator. What sites should i implement here. And for social bookmarking site also, what sites should i implement here?

Basically, i am planning for the Youtube bot as the main part. But as bobbylove321 says everyone will be interested for YouTube bot. I still have a few doubts left untouched. Why is that we cannot increase the Youtube Pageview mark after 300. Is it a bug in Youtube? Or if i use multiple proxy, can i get more pageviews, that is more than that 300 view mark? Well what i get to understand from the pageview to increase is that, the user should view the page for atleast 30secs to count in as a page view, am i right here?
