Hey, guys!

I would like to know if there is a way to request a refund in relation to Facebook Ads. My page was unpublished after I paid for those ads so I'd like to get a refund because Facebook is a completely scam.

I will ask my bank if there is a way to cancel those bank transfers but I'd like to know if there's a softer way to solve this...

Thanks!

My guess is that you'll never get those pages back and the only way to get a refund is to get with your credit card company.

FB has some of the worst customer service going.

If your page was unpublished while ads were still running - however much was left will be refunded back to the card you paid from within 45 days if it had already been charged. You won't get through to someone regarding this unfortunately, all responses with be automated responses.

So just wait it out, you'll have your money back.

I have never heard that Facebook gives you back money.
You can try with your card. But it will also be difficult as Facebook will support they ban you because you didnt respect their policy.

I will do everything to recover my money... even if I need to solve it via legal way. I've never seen such a bad customer service... it's so pathetic

Well actually your point isn't really valid because as soon as a page or ad becomes disabled, the ad is put on pause. An ad cannot run without an active ad or page or valid settings.

Any money you spent was while your page was still active.

Let's see... ;)

On one hand it is kind of funny imagining you going after facebook. On the other hand you have a legitimate claim that their customer service is shitty, and it also is shitty to delete something you spent money on. If your page was scammy I could see why, but either way yeah, you are probably better off trying to reverse the charges, but i dunno it might be a mess.

I don't get how they can run ads for a page that is unpublished... do you have solid evidence that this occurred? How much money are we talking here because there is a certain point where you would just be doing it to prove a point and probably would be in the hole a decent amount in legal expenses?

Thats not a good idea bro. You just need to re submit the id and wait. There is actually not much you can do. Sorry for that.
