You need to work out is it cheaper just to buy blasts or rent a server or even buy xrumer yourself
If you want to make money you need to buy its that simple renting is no good
If its just for you look how many blasts you can get for that amount of cash

Yes,actually need to test it out.That is way rent sound good.To see how are the results,etc.And yes,main purpose is getting backlinks.
But the guy,after i posted here about his PM,he already mention that he doesn't actually offer xrumer,is one of his friends.
Too fishy to get in renting with this guy.I guess that is a cracked version,using diff server for validation,etc i have seen a similar offer,but to buy,not to rent.
