You can't link to the same site from multiple IG accounts, Instagram will remove/flag the site, so it's not Blackhat SEO.

How will they flag my site? For E.X I make 20 IG accounts and then share some of my posts in intervals using automated tool? So it's more of advertising rathen blackhat I guess. will it not work?
